Control Centre release, focusing on:Onboarding Customer Details Account Controls

Onboarding

• Identity Verification case flow updates made, requiring user to enter/verify customer ID documentation data upon approval

Customer Details

• New “Update Customer” case added to allow Customer Date of Birth to be updated
• New “Update Customer” case added to allow Customer Gender to be updated

Account Controls

• Account control functionality updated to allow Clients to unblock accounts they previously blocked
• Indication on Account record of party that has performed Account block (i.e. Client or Shaype initiated block)

UI/UX Updates

• UI updates made to “Update Customer” cases
• Searching functions error handling UX improvements implemented
