Control Centre Release - 2024-02-22

Control Centre release, focusing on:Account Closure Account Postings Card Controls

Account Closure

• Close Account button added to the Account record (refer to additional guide documentation as to actions and state Account must be in prior to allow successful closure)

Card Controls

• Card control functionality updated to allow Clients to unblock Cards they previously blocked
• Indication on Card record of party that has performed Account block (i.e. Client or Shaype initiated block)

Account Postings

• New "Credit Account" case add to the "Account Transactions" category to allow the posting of credit to a customer's account (note: all cases require 4 eye check approval)
• New "Debit Account" case add to the "Account Transactions" category to allow the posting of debit to a customer's account (note: all cases require 4 eye check approval)

UI/UX Updates

• Minor UI updates to the Customer Details fields
