Passport Validation – Operations Workflow Improvements

• If the issuing country of an identity document fails to be parsed, the platform cannot identify which country a passport originates from. This has previously caused the subsequent customer due diligence (eKYC) step to fail.
• An update has been applied that means instead of failing at the eKYC (Green ID) stage, failure occurs at the document scanning/liveness checks stage (Jumio) so Operations teams can resolve onboarding issues more efficiently, and also will not incur the cost of running eKYC checks with invalid data being provided.

Cache Refresh

• We improved caching to ensure harmony across group accounts – optimisation of cache synchronisation.
