A Shaype Platform Release, focusing on Card Not Present

We have resolved an issue related to how the system processes online transactions made against a card that a merchant holds on file, for example a stored card used for repeat purchases at a retailer.

Previously these transactions were classified as mobile wallet payments and assessed against the Mobile Wallet Payment control. On a card with Card Not Present - disabled, an online merchant-stored transaction could therefore still be approved.

With this fix:

• A merchant card-on-file transaction on a card with Card Not Present - disabled is now declined.
• On-device wallet payments for Apple Pay or Google Pay are unaffected, and continue to be governed by the Mobile Wallet Payment control.
• Online transactions with no associated payment token are unchanged.
