Registers the card with Click to Pay, registering the cardholder first when this is their first enrolled card. Cards that are already enrolled are a no-op success. An email supplied in the body is sent to Click to Pay in place of the email held for the customer, updating their Click to Pay registration when they are already registered. It is never stored against the customer.
